1. Malam sebelum running
- tidur awal (at least 6 jam)
- minum air masak
2. Bangun pagi awal
- mandi air sejuk, segarkan badan kasi fresh
3. 30 minit sebelum lari amik espresso shot
- utk boost energy, mood, stamina and endurance (bergantung kpd badan masing2)

4. 10 minit sebelum running

- light warm-up (at least HR 100)
5. Running
- start dgn 175stm, shorter stride
- cuba maintain cadence, kdg2 bukak stride
- cuba maintain perfect form
- control breathing secara relax (kdg2 pakai method 2:2)
- tak tengok pace
- enjoy running, psg playlist kat spotify yg bg semangat
- kalau penat, masih berlari tp turunkan cadence skit, shorter stride, elakkan berjalan (takut kaki cramp)
- kalau turun bukit amik kesempatan increase stride
- kaki sentiasa land on midsole utk elak injury

*boleh la kalau sape2 nak try rutin di atas sebelum running, ni bukan pro tips, tp hanya tips utk survive HM dgn steady HR, full of energy, without injury yg paling penting enjoy running
*lari pagi (lepas subuh) membantu utk increase performance sbb suhu rendah, badan fresh, byk energy, muscle fresh, HR rendah lagi
