My MAF HR =180-69(my age)+10(>65yo) = 121.
My MAF HR Zone = 111 to 121.
Larian ketiga utk training ni. Dpt kawal HR dlm Zone 3 (Aerobic) dan kebawah 98%. OK lah, next time sya akan control HR sya sampai Zone 3 saja. Pace 11 je tapi OK lah. Cadence sya pun dah improve mengguna Metronome @ 160 spm. Heart Rate Monitor Magene H64 ni memang sesuai utk MAF training ni. Definitely recommended!
